CWCT provides training for many people involved in the design, specification and construction of building envelopes. This comprises standard programmes, one-off seminars and in-house training bespoke to companies' particular needs.

Standard courses have been developed with input from industry under the guidance of the CWCT Education and Training Committee to ensure the courses are relevant to the intended audience.

Most courses are delivered by CWCT, some with input from speakers from industry. The MSc in Facade engineering is run by the University of Bath. Training for installers is provided in industry using training schemes developed by CWCT.
