The government have published new guidance providing practical information for placing construction products on the GB market.
Within this guidance it is confirmed that products that have already been tested by an EU-recognised notified body under Assessment and Verification of Constancy of Performance (AVCP) System 3 before 31 December 2022 it will not need to be re-tested before the UK mark can be affixed.
