We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest Technical Note, TN117 Breather membranes and vapour control layers in walls.
This is an update of TN33 and contains additional information on testing of membranes, introduced in response to the amended regulations on fire performance and the subsequent confusion over how membranes were tested for watertightness in particular, and the different levels of performance that were achievable.
The TN is freely available to download for Members via the Cladding Forum and available to purchase for non-members via the website.
